Commission Inky Pages

A commission I did for a wonderful client! She reviews books online and was looking for a stylized bookshelf to use as a banner/icon for her YouTube and possibly other sites. The watermark was requested, but I have a clean version in my portfolio for recruiters. I loved working on this!

Bird Painting

Recently I did some practice painting of this image by Pat Ulrich. More work can be seen here.
First I tried making a palette by isolating parts of the original image, then trying to re-create the color, and went from there. It was really fun! A great photo to use as reference.
